Rip Mr. Hockey!

Gordie Howe

I have always said that the greatest in any sport is the person who inspired the record holders to challenge the record books. Gretzky the owner of the NHL record books once said that he wanted to be Gordie Howe. As a kid Gretzky asked his barber for a Gordie Howe haircut, that’s how special that man was to him.  Howe inspired a generation to be great, making him the great one.

RIP Gordie Howe

It looks like fans in Canada don’t know how to deal with a loss. Wednesday night after the Vancouver Canucks’ lost to Boston 4-0, in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals, fans went crazy- rioting.

As you’ll see in the video below, they set cars and garbage cans on fire, smashed windows, showering giant TV screens with beer bottles and dancing atop overturned vehicles.
