Floyd Mayweather Jail Time Postponed So He Could Fight In May

Floyd Mayweather Jr. (42-0 26 KOs) will not have to go to jail until June 1 2012.

Mayweather was scheduled to turn himself in today to begin serving a 90-day sentence. But a Las Vegas Judge allowed him to fulfill commitments and his contract regarding his May 5th fight.

Floyd’s People say they told the judge about the economic benefits to Las Vegas when Mayweather fights.
