Floyd Mayweather Jr. Once Again States He Will Not Fight Pacquiao

When Floyd Mayweather Jr. was recently asked about the possibility of making the Pacquiao fight happen, he stated the following to MLive.com: “he had a chance to make the fight in the past, and basically, that’s the best place I’d like to leave it.”

As time goes by, things are being said that bury the idea of a Mayweather Jr. vs. Pacquiao mega-fight deeper and deeper. After numerous failed negotiations, Floyd seems happy and content with the fact that the fight was never finalized, and might never come to fruition.

Manny Pacquaio on the other hand, keeps reminding the public and the fans that he is still interested in making the fight a reality, and is ready to sit down once again and try to come to an agreement with team Mayweather Jr.

It seems as though Floyd has come to a very solid opinion on this matter, and is no longer interested in talking about or entertain the idea in any scenario. Of course with time, things may change, and the money offered on the table may grow to new heights, reeling Mayweather Jr. back to the negotiations table.
