  1. Nonito has unbelievable skills. If only he could put on some weight and go up to the bigger fights and names in the 130, 135, 140 and 147.

He reminds of me what Floyd Mayweather should have been: a brilliant technical fighter with good defense who is exciting to watch.

Donaire throws and hits with accuracy and power, counters exceptionally well (his left hook seems to be the money punch) and his exciting to watch. He didn’t just beat former great champs Darchinyan and Montiel, he executed them. He practically toyed with them as if they were nothing but amateurs. For someone to be able to do that to proven champions tells you there’s someone special in our midst. I just feel that Donaire is satisfied with staying in the lower weight class and doesn’t want to go for the big time in the higher weight divisions.

Stylistically, Donaire vs Mayweather would be more exciting to watch than Pacquiao vs Mayweather. I think Donaire would out-counter, out-speed, and out-finesse, the master himself at his own game and that would be more impressive to see than someone KOing Mayweather.
