Shaq: Retires After 19 Years

Boston Celtics Shaquille O’neal says he’s done with basketball and he’s retiring. Shaq who has more than 3 million followers on Twitter decided to make the announcement on Twitter and posted a short video.

“We did it. 19 years baby. I want to thank you very much. That’s why I’m telling YOU first. I’m about to retire. Love you. Talk to you soon.”

After 19 Years, Shaq Retires

Shaq is walking after 19 years. He  played for six pro teams – Orlando, the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami, Cleveland, Phoenix and Boston. Shaq won three NBA crowns with the Lakers and another with the Heat. He finishes seventh on the scoring list with 28,596 points and 13th in rebounds with 13,099.
