Zab Judah Wants Danny Garcia Next. Sounds Like A Good Fight!

If not all of you, than most of you have already heard that Zab Judah (42-7-0) is trying to secure a fight against Danny Garcia (25-0-0). Garcia’s recent 4th round knockout of legendary Erik Morales did not come as a surprise to most, as Morales is well past his prime, and most certainly is in no shape to stand and fight with the much younger and hungrier champions.

Not Morales, but maybe Judah is. Of all the possible future opponents for Garcia, Judah actually seems like a viable option, as the fight would likely prove to be not only entertaining but most importantly competitive.

Garcia has done a lot in boxing in the recent past, yet I am still not sold on him. Beating Morales proved only one thing, and it’s that team Garcia sure knows how to waste precious time. I see a completely different fight if Zab faces Danny in the near future.

While Judah is not what he used to be my any means, his hand speed has certainly remained. Garcia is generally an offensive fighter, but against Judah, only power will be to his advantage, as speed and experience will play a very important role but not in his favor. If they happen to stand and bang, I believe that Judah will end up in the same situation as Morales did, but if Garcia has to spend half of the fight chasing Judah while being peppered with shots, it might turn out to be a rough night for the “Swift” Garica.
